How our helpline reunited an abandoned elder with dignity and care.
When 72-year-old Mrs. Sharma was left alone after her son's family moved away, she didn't know where to turn. One call to our Elder Helpline connected her to legal aid, medical care, and a support group. She now volunteers at an Active Ageing Centre.
